Training, innovation and communication
Through the Gonvarri Academy platform, we promote access to continuous, quality training that promotes the development of our professionals.
Its objectives include, among others, the promotion of skills and competencies, management and knowledge of processes, leadership, negotiation, and a host of other content in different subjects, all under a philosophy of continuous learning. We also have a language training program, both in person and online, that includes a multi-language platform that allows us to cover the learning of different languages for greater added value for our team.

We understand that safety and health at work are essential to the well-being of our employees and the success of our company. That’s why we actively promote the participation and commitment of all our team members in creating a safe work environment. We carry out regular training, encourage open communication about risks and promote a culture of prevention at all levels of the organizaion.

Initiatives for the Promotion of Occupational Health
We care about the comprehensive well-being of our employees, inside and outside the workplace. We organize sports activities, nutrition programs and mental well-being events to promote a healthy lifestyle. In addition, we offer health care facilities with our Gonvarri Life program.
Promotion of the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
At Gonvarri Solar Steel, we prioritize the protection of our employees through the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We provide specific training on the use and maintenance of PPE relevant to each task. In addition, we carry out regular inspections to ensure that equipment is in good condition and used correctly at all times, as well as ensuring its use in all required locations within the work environment.
Continuous improvement of the work environment
We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by proactively identifying and correcting risks. We carry out regular reviews of our facilities and processes to ensure we meet the highest standards in workplace safety. Additionally, we encourage employee participation in identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive measures.

At Gonvarri Solar Steel, we not only care about the safety of our employees, but also that of our customers. That’s why we integrate safety considerations into all stages of the design and manufacturing of our products.
