Through the Gonvarri Academy platform, we promote access to continuous, quality training that promotes the development of our professionals.

At Gonvarri Solar Steel, we prioritize the protection of our employees through the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We provide specific training on the use and maintenance of PPE relevant to each task. In addition, we carry out regular inspections to ensure that equipment is in good condition and used correctly at all times, as well as ensuring its use in all required locations within the work environment.

We carry out regular reviews of our facilities and processes to ensure we meet the highest standards in workplace safety. 45001 Certification: Demonstrated Commitment
As part of our pre-construction activities, we offer our clients Pull Out Test (POT) services to reduce uncertainties and mitigate risks before the commencement of construction. These rigorous tests allow us to evaluate the strength and stability of the structures prior to installation, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
