Gonvarri Solar Steel signs its first agreement with Repsol for the supply of 220 MW of solar trackers in Spain

Gonvarri Solar Steel, a leader in the design and manufacturing of solar trackers and fixed structures for the photovoltaic energy sector, has signed its first supply agreement with Repsol for 220 MW of TracSmarT+ 1V solar trackers.

This supply agreement, with a capacity of 220 MW, will be allocated to three Repsol photovoltaic plants in Spain with capacities of 120 MW, 50 MW, and 50 MW respectively, totaling 4,278 of their TracSmarT+ 1V trackers (single-row and dual-row).

It is estimated that these plants will generate enough power to provide renewable and sustainable energy to approximately 127,000 households each year. Additionally, this will prevent the emission of over 90,000 tCO2 annually.

This agreement underscores the commitment of Gonvarri Solar Steel and Repsol to driving the transition towards a more sustainable energy matrix at both national and international levels.
